And So He Cried

Upon his bed he cried,
Cried unto the one,
The one he thought could save him.

But he heard no voice,
Saw no face,
Felt no touch.

And so he cried,
Cried because they had lied,
Lied, because there was no one,
No one to save him,
And so he cried,
And so he died.
